Are there any hidden fees?▼
None. The price you see is the price you pay. No admin charges, no fuel surcharges, no cancellation fees (outside 48 hours).
What does the price include?▼
Collection from your accommodation, secure CCTV-monitored storage for your chosen duration, and £110 per-box insurance — all included. Return delivery is £7.99/box and booked separately when you want your things back.
Can I extend my storage?▼
Yes. WhatsApp us before your storage period ends and we can extend at the rate for your total duration. You only pay for time used.
Do you offer student discounts?▼

What is the cancellation policy?▼
Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 48 hours before your collection slot. Within 48 hours, a £15 rescheduling fee applies.
