How far in advance should KCL students book?▾
We recommend 2–3 weeks in advance during peak periods (April–May end of year, and December for Christmas break).
Can you deliver back to my new address next year?▾
Yes — we deliver to any London address. If you're moving to a different area or flat next year, just give us the new address when booking your return delivery.
What happens if my KCL move-out date changes?▾
You can change your collection date free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled collection. After that a fee may apply — contact us on WhatsApp.
