Do you collect from accommodation near UAL's Shoreditch (CSM) campus?▾

Yes — we collect from students near all UAL campuses. For King's Cross/St Pancras (Central Saint Martins), we cover buildings including Urbanest King's Cross, Nido King's Cross and Scape Bloomsbury. For Shoreditch, we cover Scape Shoreditch, Urbanest Hoxton and Chapter Old Street.

What about UAL Chelsea, Camberwell and Wimbledon campuses?▾

We collect from any London address. Students at Chelsea, Camberwell or Wimbledon campuses — just book with your home accommodation address and we'll arrange collection.

When do UAL students usually book summer storage?▾

UAL's academic year ends around May/June. We recommend booking 2–3 weeks ahead during April and May. Summer slots at popular buildings can fill fast.

I'm an international UAL student — can I store for a full year?▾

Yes. Our Year Away plan (5–12 months, £5.45/box per month) is ideal for international students who can't take their belongings home between years or during study abroad.

Can I store art supplies, prints or equipment safely?▾

We store boxes — pack your items carefully inside. We recommend wrapping fragile items and using appropriately sized boxes. Our climate-controlled facility protects against damp and temperature extremes.
