Yes — UNILUG provides student storage for residents of ARK Canning Town, the student residence on Hallsville Road, Canning Town, E16 1ZS. We deliver UNILUG storage boxes (Medium £3.95, Large £5.95, no separate delivery charge), collect from your accommodation (free standard collection), store your boxes and suitcases, and deliver them back when you need them, subject to our service area, Terms and any applicable delivery charges. Storage is charged per box per month at a rate set by how long you book: £12.10 for 1 month, £7.25 a month on the 3-month Summer plan, £5.95 a month for 5 to 12 months. Return delivery is £7.99 per box.

Plan your storage around your own dates.
ARK Canning Town offers 2026/27 tenancies of several different lengths, so residents don't all move out on the same day. The end date on your own tenancy agreement is the one that counts. Once you know it, choose a storage length that runs from your collection date to the date you want your things back:
Collections need at least 48 hours' notice, and you choose a two-hour window when you book.
ARK Canning Town is a 375-room student residence on Hallsville Road, run by ARK Living, with studios and en-suite rooms in shared flats. Bookings are handled by Prestige Student Living.
When you book, include your flat or room number in the collection address, and arrange any reception or building access we need before the day (Terms, clause 27). UNILUG is independent and is not affiliated with ARK Living or Prestige Student Living.
One booking covers all three. You never need a van or a trip to a storage unit.
Our Room Packing Service is a fixed £169 for up to two hours of on-site packing and up to 10 UNILUG boxes, whichever limit is reached first, including tape, bubble wrap and collection of the packed items. UNILUG boxes, storage and return delivery are charged separately, and we confirm the team's availability before anything is booked.
Prices are per box per month, and the rate is set by how long you book. 2- and 4-month plans are on the pricing page. Free standard collection on every plan.
