SUMMER STORAGE QUESTIONS

When should I book summer storage?▼
As early as possible — ideally 3–4 weeks before your collection date. May, June, and early July are our busiest period and collection slots fill up fast. Don't leave it until the last week of term.
What happens if I need my stuff back before September?▼
No problem. You can book a return delivery at any point during your storage period — not just at the end. WhatsApp us and we'll arrange it. Return delivery is £7.99/box within 25 miles.
Can you deliver to a different address in September?▼
Yes — and this is very common. If you're moving to a new house or new halls, just enter your new address when you book your return. We deliver to any address in England and Wales.
Do I need to provide my own boxes?▼
All items must be stored in official UNILUG boxes. We deliver boxes to you before collection day — Medium boxes at £3.95, Large at £5.95. Add them when booking and use code EARLYBIRD for 10% off packing materials. Early-bird — ends 31 Aug.
Is my summer storage insured?▼
Yes — every box is insured up to £110 throughout collection, storage, and delivery. Included as standard, no extras needed. We photograph boxes at both ends so there's a full record.
