We deliver UNILUG storage boxes to your door (Medium £3.95, Large £5.95, no separate delivery charge — all boxed items must be packed in UNILUG boxes), collect from your accommodation (free standard collection), store your boxes and suitcases, and deliver everything back to your London address when you need it, subject to our service area, Terms and any applicable delivery charges. The 3-month Summer plan is £7.25/box/month; storage for 5–12 months is £5.95/box/month; return delivery is £7.99/box.

Storage for residents of ARK Valentine: what to know before move-out.
ARK Valentine is a 333-bed student building at 27 Perth Road, IG2 6BX, beside Valentines Park. Its operator puts it a 2-minute walk from Gants Hill station on the Central line, and lists studios, twin rooms and en-suite rooms in shared flats of four to eight bedrooms.
For 2026/27, the tenancies on its booking site end on 5 June 2027 or 28 August 2027, depending on the room and contract length. Your own tenancy agreement is the authority. Book as soon as you know your date: collections need at least 48 hours' notice, and June and July are our busiest weeks.
On the day, a driver collects your packed UNILUG boxes and suitcases and messages you before arrival. Arrange any reception or building access we need in advance. UNILUG is an independent company: we are not affiliated with ARK Valentine or its operator.
Halls, private flats and shared houses are all collected from in the same way. These are the two main student areas in the IG postcodes.
Gants Hill is the Central line stop at the centre of IG2, with ARK Valentine on Perth Road beside Valentines Park. Newbury Park, the next stop on the line, is in IG2 as well.
Ilford station is on the Elizabeth line, direct to Stratford, Whitechapel and Liverpool Street. We collect from private flats and shared houses here in the same way as from halls.
