INTERNATIONAL STORAGE QUESTIONS

Can international students use Unilug?▼
Yes — absolutely. We serve hundreds of international students at UCL, LSE, King's, Imperial, QMUL, UAL, Oxford and more. Our booking process is fully online and doesn't require a UK guarantor.
Do I need to be in the UK to book?▼
No — you can book from anywhere online. As long as someone is present at the collection address to hand over boxes (a flatmate works), we can collect.
How long can I store my belongings?▼
Up to 12 months on our Year Away plan. If you need longer, WhatsApp us and we'll find a solution.
Can I have boxes delivered to a new address when I return?▼
Yes — very common for international students who move between years. Just book your return delivery to your new UK address. We deliver anywhere in England and Wales.
What if my return date changes?▼
No problem. You're not locked to a specific return date — book delivery online whenever you're ready. WhatsApp us if anything changes and we'll adjust your booking.
Which universities do you cover?▼
