We bring the boxes, collect from your hall or house in Egham or Englefield Green, keep everything in storage and deliver it back when you're ready. No van hire, no trips to a storage unit.
Yes — UNILUG provides student storage for Royal Holloway students. Egham and Englefield Green (TW20) are in Surrey, and the TW postcode area is part of our service area, so the booking form accepts Egham postcodes. We deliver UNILUG storage boxes to your door (Medium £3.95, Large £5.95, no separate delivery charge — boxed items normally go in UNILUG boxes), collect from your hall or house (free standard collection), store your boxes and suitcases, and deliver everything back when you need it, subject to our service area, Terms and any applicable delivery charges. The 3-month Summer plan is £7.25/box/month; storage for 5–12 months is £5.95/box/month; return delivery is £7.99/box.
Royal Holloway's 38-week and 30-week hall contracts for 2026/27 end on Saturday 12 June 2027, with check-out by 10am, and its 50-week contracts on Saturday 4 September 2027. Your own contract is the authority. Studying elsewhere? See storage for every London university.

End dates depend on your contract, so check yours. Book your collection as soon as you know your move-out date: collections need at least 48 hours' notice.
Royal Holloway's 30-week contract covers term time only.
Students on a 30-week contract, which is only offered in George Eliot Hall, must vacate their rooms over the Christmas and Easter vacations and return to the same room when term resumes.
Ask Royal Holloway first: its Residential Services offer vacation accommodation and storage lockers to 30-week residents, and email the details before the end of term.
If a locker isn't enough, UNILUG's 1-month Term Break plan covers either break: £12.10 per box, with return delivery at £7.99 per box when you book it. UNILUG is an independent company and is not affiliated with Royal Holloway.
Halls, private halls and shared houses are all collected from in the same way.
Royal Holloway's campus and most of its halls are in Egham, with George Eliot Hall and Highfield Close in Englefield Green. Private halls nearby include iQ's The Podium and The Pad, and we collect from shared houses across both villages in the same way.
Living off campus in Staines-upon-Thames, Ashford or elsewhere in the TW area? The booking form accepts every TW postcode, and return delivery can go to your next address there too.
Outside our service area: Virginia Water (GU25), Windsor and Old Windsor (SL4) and Ascot (SL5). Enter your full postcode when you book and the form checks it before you pay.
One booking covers all three. You never need a van or a trip to a storage unit.
